April Backstroke Clinic

This clinic is open to Swimmers of all ages and ability levels.

Our Backstroke Clinic will consist of:

• drill progressions
• discussing principles of successful backstroke
• implementing them into a race-pace scenario
• underwater video review

All athletes will receive mechanical feedback and have the opportunity to review their swimming live in real time with our underwater water camera systems as well as receive take-home footage they can review at any time.
