January 18th - Freestyle (Completed)

February 22nd - Butterfly (Completed)

March 22nd - Breaststroke

April 19th - Backstroke

This Clinic Series is open to Swimmers of all ages and ability levels.

Our Clinics will consist of:

• drill progressions
• discussing the necessary principles for success in each stroke
• implementing them into a race-pace scenario
• underwater video review

All athletes will receive mechanical feedback and have the opportunity to review their swimming live in real time with our underwater water camera systems as well as receive take-home footage they can review at any time.
